REFUNDS:
Due to the nature of the product, My Nutty Squirrel will NOT be issuing refunds of any sort. Having buyers’ remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Please be sure to enter your address correctly at checkout. My Nutty Squirrel will NOT be held responsible for any lost packages due to customers entry. If in the event a package has to be shipped back to sender, your order will be cancelled and a store credit will be issued (shipping not included). Please contact your local post office for further assistance if your item has been delivered but not received. It is best to include a phone number or email address at checkout incase we have to contact you in regards to your order. All offline payments must be paid immediately?
SHIPPING:
Confirmation of purchase is given at checkout. You will receive tracking information via email when your order has shipped. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Shipping can take up to 5-7 business days due to high volume. Weekends, Holidays, and Vacation days are not included in the time frame. ALL orders will be processed in the order they are received. Orders are packaged and shipped out daily. Peak times may be an extension longer than the initial timeframe. Due to Covid-19, carriers are experiencing delays in delivery and orders may take longer than usual. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand this is out of our control and is a global issue. We appreciate your patience and support and are doing our best to ship orders in a timely manner.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
If you believe you have a defective product, please contact use via email to report the item as defective. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject field and allow up to 14 business days for testing and quality insurance. We will issue a reship at no cost to you. All products are under a 30-Day warranty.
